Sleep Lab

Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) increases the risks of developing early heart attacks, early strokes, heart failure, erectile dysfunction in males, low daytime concentration and productivity. It may also increase the risk of sudden death during sleep due to abnormal heart rhythms, and long-term cognitive impairment such as poor concentration and memory.

Our hospital recognised the risk of OSA and has set up a full-fledged Sleep Laboratory with full polysomnogram tests and portable studies available. A suitable study will be determined by our in-house Sleep Medicine Physician/Respiratory Physician to ensure our patients' journey to recovery.

OSH Clinic

The Occupational Safety & Health Clinic (OSHC) at Pantai Ayer Keroh Hospital offers comprehensive and customized Occupational Medical and Rehabilitation services with the aim of ensuring that the client's workforce is always healthy and productive. We customize occupational health services based on the specific needs and regulatory requirements of our client's business, from vaccinations for executives and families who are abroad for business purposes, physical examination of new employees, to alcohol and drug testing. Healthy staff is the priority of every management.

Located less than 15 minutes away from the Ayer Keroh toll and about 20 minutes drive to Malacca City, we provide comprehensive clinical and diagnostic services under one roof, with state-of-the-art equipment for the treatment of acute or chronic injuries, workplace adjustments, and tests works. Our OHS team is trained in occupational medicine and additional overtime protection is provided by our Emergency Department. Fibroscan®

We provide Fibroscan® service to measure the stiffness of patients’ livers using a technique similar to ultrasound. It is a non-invasive and painless alternative to liver biopsy, and it allows our team of experienced Gastroenterologists to look for liver damage from conditions such as hepatitis C.

Bone DEXA

We provide Bone DEXA service, a bone mineral density test to measure the level of calcium and other types of mineral in the bones. This test is essential in helping our patients detect the on-set of osteoporosis and predict the risks of bone fractures.
